Always check if the package has been opened. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the package when you receive it, do not accept it and ask the courier to return it. 


If a product you ordered does not work correctly or is defective immediately upon receipt, we kindly ask you to submit a warranty request.

Go to 'My account', 'My return & warranty requests' and then click 'Start return or warranty request'. You will also find a video clip on how to fill in this form ('instruction video: Return application').


If you have filled in the item number of the defective part, please add it.


Instead of the Proof of Purchase you may upload/attach a picture of the defective product.


If you have filled in the required fields (indicated with a *) you can complete the request by clicking on 'Complete RMA request'. You will now receive an RMA number. With this number in the subject line you will be automatically informed by email about the status of your request. Please do not send anything back without our agreement.
